Terms of Service
The terms under which 1xAi provides access to third-party AI models from inside Iran.
This is a translation. The Persian text at 1xai.ir/terms is the binding version. Where the two differ, the Persian governs.
What the service is
1xAi is an API proxy that provides direct access to OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and DeepSeek models from inside Iran.We buy capacity directly from those providers and compute a Toman price from the current USD rate plus a fixed 20%markup on each provider’s own rate. That markup covers infrastructure, maintenance and Persian-language support.1xAi is independent of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. It is not a partner or an official reseller of any of them.Acceptable use
The service may be used for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited:- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or generating deceptive content at scale.
- Generating unlawful or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Evading rate limits by opening multiple parallel accounts.
- Sharing an API key with third parties for commercial use.
- Any use that conflicts with the terms of the relevant upstream provider.
- Attempting to intrude on, overload, or damage the service infrastructure.
Violating these may result in suspension or closure of the account.Billing and payment
The service runs on a prepaid wallet.- Adding credit
- Through the Zarinpal gateway with an Iranian bank card. Your balance updates immediately after a successful payment.
- Charges
- The cost of each successful request is deducted from your balance in real time. Failed requests are not charged.
- Refunds
- Unused balance can be requested back through the contact form. The Zarinpal fee is deducted from the refunded amount. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the last top-up.
Availability
If an upstream provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) goes down or stops responding, our service is affected too. 1xAi is not responsible for such outages.- Maintenance
- Announced at least 24 hours in advance.
- Support
- During business hours, through the contact form or by email. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without any express or implied warranty.1xAi’s maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to that account’s remaining balance at the time the problem occurred. 1xAi is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or harm to a business.Changes to pricing
We may change the markup or the pricing. If we do:- We give at least 7 days' notice by email before a change takes effect.
- Price changes are shown prominently in the dashboard.
- Credit already added to your wallet is charged at the new rate.
- If you do not accept the new prices, you may reclaim your unused balance.
Termination
1xAi may suspend or close an account without prior notice if these terms are violated. If an account is closed unfairly, the remaining balance is refunded.You may request account deletion and a refund of your balance at any time through the contact form.
